HOSTS file support #9

It would be nice if it could use a HOSTS file to help block ads when connected via it.

VpnService only support DNS servers, so you can use a local DNS server that look in /etc/hosts on the computer.

gnirehtet is not intended to filter requests, so it won't implement its own mechanism for that.
