Hello I am trying to find out how to use scrcpy for remote support on my customers android boxes. I have tried using anydesk and teamviewer and airdroid but these apps never work they only reduce me to view only. I want to be able to connect to android boxes remotely on a different ip and be able control them so I can offer my customers remote support. I can use scrcpy on my android devices connected on my local network but I want to be able to do it remotely too. How do I configure scrcpy to be able to connect to devices on a different wifi network?
If you can please explain it as simple as possible because i really dont know anything about coding or servers or computer language.
Also, the only device I have available to me is my windows laptop and my android box (android 9.0) the android box is already rooted and has adb debugging on.
