Is your physical screen broken?
I also, have this problem, it was working smoothly a week ago, but recently it started to get 5 fps (I turned on the counter). I am using scrcpy 1.17 EDIT: It seems like it only happened when using wireless, when using wired, it runs good, not too sure why the wireless was working well before.

No, it's perfectly fine

Not even wired is working in my case.
Same issue on wifi (can't test with usb), the controls appear on the phone with the normal latency but it's slow to update the image on the PC
On wifi, your network probably does not support the bandwidth.
Run scrcpy -m800 -b2M
to reduce size/bitrate/quality.
Same problem on Realme X, Android 11. Before updating to Android 11, everything is working fine even over WiFi. But Android 11 will come with latency over wireless network. I'm sure that my 5G WiFi already provides enough bandwidth.
Environment
Describe the bug When I initially installed it, It was buttery smooth, both on USB an Wireless. After months, recently, I connected it again and casting was freezing slow, even took 30 secs to refresh one frame. I tried Mirroid and Windows Casting tools, both were freezing slow like that. Idk why. I know this is not a user support but just in case if you have any clue.
