Instructions do not cover Ethernet

Describe the bug

People will wish to use your program on a machine that has no Wifi card and which connects to the Internet via Ethernet. Your instructions - the README - do not make it clear whether that will work, let alone tell one how to do it. (Well, there are the instructions entitled 'Wireless', but those instructions do not mention Ethernet and, at least for me on Windows, they did not suffice for me to link my Ethernet-connected PC to my phone. Still, that might be because those instructions do not accommodate Windows; see #2449.)

The Wireless section name is probably misleading. All it really means is that you can connect to your phone using TCP/IP instead of USB; the network connection type of the PC is meaningless.

Ah. Thank you for the information. So, that section name could do with changing. And the problem that is #2449 remains.
