m640 option makes resolution very very low #3238

Environment

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
scrcpy version: 1.24
installation method: manual build
Android version: 11

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When I try the wireless mode, it works pretty well, except that it's very slow and this makes it not suitable at all. But after enabling the option -m640, it works perfectly in terms of speed, but with very bad and low resolution.

How to get both the speed and the resolution at the same time? or at least a reasonable resolution?

Get a better wifi network :)

You can reduce the bitrate without reducing the resolution:

scrcpy -b2M
