In version 1.25, multiple processes cannot be started. #3663

In version 1.25, multiple processes cannot be started. After multiple devices are connected, only one process can be started. In the previous version, version 1.21, everything is normal.

Windows 10 system

[server] INFO: Device: samsung SM-G955U1 (Android 9) [server] DEBUG: Using encoder: 'OMX.qcom.video.encoder.avc' [server] DEBUG: Screen streaming stopped [server] DEBUG: Device message sender stopped [server] DEBUG: Controller stopped DEBUG: Interrupting socket DEBUG: Server disconnected DEBUG: Server terminated ERROR: Server connection failed

Apparently, this is the same as #3398. But I could not reproduce the problem, I can start multiple process and mirror multiple devices.
