ERROR: Server connection failed #4246

Getting the above error when launching scrcpy-console.bat. Launching scrcpy.exe opens terminal and instantly closes it. Trying this on galaxy j6 running Arrow Os android 12.

UPDATE: Tried digging through a few previous issues and came across a similar one which was fixed by switching to port 27183. (#3303) I tried this and multiple other ports but each failed with the same error in adb terminal. Is this an android 12 thing or something else that isn't allowing my phone to use scrcpy.
