scrcpy version: latest
installation method: Manual build
device model: Device name: Redmi 13C Screen size: 6,74 MIUI version: 14.0.6 Android version: 13

When I open this app for the first time after PC launches, I cannot reproduce this issue

But why after the PC restarts I am able to open it without any problem

OK, so the device is not detected. It probably takes some times for your device to be detected once the adb daemon is started (and it is started the first time you execute and adb command, which is probably when you start scrcpy in your case).
