Error on a win7 pc #5294

Whenever I run any of "scrcpy console" or "open a terminal here" i get the following error:

scrcpy 2.6.1 <https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy>
ERROR: Could not find any ADB device
ERROR: Server connection failed
Press Enter to continue...

tried to mirror a xiaomi redmi note 9 and a realme c21y whats the solution?

now i'm getting this with a window saying adb.exe stopped functioning `scrcpy 2.6.1 https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy

daemon started successfully adb.exe: failed to check server version: protocol fault (couldn't read status): Connection reset ERROR: "adb devices -l" returned with value 1 ERROR: Could not list ADB devices ERROR: Server connection failed Press Enter to continue...`

What is the result of adb devices -l?

i paste the command in "open a terminal here", same result with the same window
