Update the StreamID link in the parcel details to point to Ceramic Mainnet #21

The link from the Stream ID in the parcel details points to the Clay testnet and doesn't resolve. Update the link to point to the Stream on mainnet via the Tiles interface.

The link should be https://tiles.ceramic.community/document/[StreamID]
