Feat - Simulate location by manual coordinate input #27

Side drawer that shows GPS coordinates and allows users to input their own coordinates by switching a switch
Pass in coordinates in the url of the form?latitude={number}&longitude={number}

@jordang7 One small item while we get the other PR merged in. When the browser is viewed on mobile (or narrow desktop widths), the hamburger icon gets pushed off-center within its container. Github isn't letting me upload a screenshot, but it should be pretty easily reproducible. Thanks!
