Description As part of our migration to the Goerli testnet, we need the Spatial Browser to read from the Goerli Geo Web subgraph.

Business Requirements

Update the browser to read from the Goerli subgraph (https://thegraph.com/hosted-service/subgraph/geo-web-project/geo-web-subgraph)
Don't merge the PR into main until work on https://github.com/Geo-Web-Project/cadastre/pull/233 is complete
