Parcel name & web content not displaying unless a media gallery item has been added #43

Describe the bug The browser is showing the parcelID and the "no content" screen instead of the user-defined name and linked web content if no media gallery content has previously been added to the parcel.

If the user adds content to the gallery (and even subsequently deletes it), the browser resolves the parcel correctly.
