Media gallery freezes when loading new item #57

Describe the bug When loading a new item, the media gallery freezes on the current item. We should show a loading symbol or "poster" in Model Viewer (https://modelviewer.dev/examples/loading/).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. With a fresh browser cache, Go to a parcel with a media gallery with multiple items (https://geoweb.app/?latitude=40.7742977142334&longitude=-73.97079706192017)
  2. Toggle media gallery
  3. Switch to next item
  4. See freeze
