Parcel Content not refreshed when switching parcels #364

Describe the bug After clicking on another parcel while a parcel is already open, sometimes the old content still appears and is not updated with the content of the new parcel.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select a parcel
  2. While the parcel is open, select another nearby parcel

Expected behavior All fields should first show the spinner after selecting a new parcel and then be updated with the new content.
