Integrate a fiat-to-Optimism ETH onramp to the Cadastre

Description To help improve the onboarding experience for new Geo Web users, integrate a fiat-to-crypto onramp to the Cadastre. This will allow users (new and experienced) to purchase enough ETH on Optimism to complete land transactions without needing to leave the app to bridge or deposit funds from an exchange.

Requirements

• Integrate the Transak widget into the Cadastre: https://docs.transak.com/docs/web-integration#embediframe-webapp
  • Default the widget to purchase ETH on Optimism
  • Set the default purchase amount to the minimum—30 USD (or local equivalent)
  • If the user is signed in, populate the in-context Smart Account address or EOA as the recipient
• Replace all instances of the "Buy ETH" button linking to Transak with the embedded functionality:
  • "Fund Your Smart Account" modal (shown for new Smart Accounts & from "Add Funds" in transaction windows)
  • The Wallet tab of the Profile Modal
  • "Buy ETH on Optimism" link in the 3 Dots menu
