Description On April 17th 00:00 UTC, our OP incentive program for Geo Web land claims will go live. We want to highlight the existence of this program to users on the Cadastre.

Requirements

Add a pop-up below the header that alerts the user to the program
- Text = "Claim Geo Web land, receive OP rewards. Learn more about how coordination pays."
- Allow the user to close the pop-up
- Note: The blog link is correct, but not yet live.
