Parcel state not updating as expected after some transaction types

Description After some transaction types are confirmed, the parcel details panel isn't updated as expected:

Trigger Transfer - After the transfer transaction is confirmed, the panel stays on the Trigger Transfer screen and the button reenables. It should transition to the licensor or bidder base view depending on who the new licensor is.
Foreclosure Claim - After the claim is confirmed, the panel switches to the Foreclosure Reclaim screen first, then transitions to the correct screen (licensor view). See video.
Additional related change that applies to all transaction types with ETHx allowance: Let's lock the "ETHx use allowed" button text & color while a transaction is pending. Currently, it will flip back to turquoise and the request authorization text before the transaction button exits its spinner state/the view is updated to the new state. Also see video.
