Description Make it easier for users to navigate to their address on a block explorer.

Requirements

Add the "Open in New" icon to the Profile Modal between the Copy icon & Disconnect (https://fonts.google.com/icons?icon.query=open+in+new)
Hover text = "Open in Etherscan"
Opens a new tab to the address on the appropriate Etherscan version (OP or OP Goerli)
This should apply to both EOA and Smart Accounts
