Description
Optimism Network is undergoing a major upgrade on June 6th at 16:00 UTC--OP Bedrock. There is expected to be 2-4 hours of downtime in which transactions won't be processed and nodes/infra providers may be offline.
We should add a warning message notifying users that the Cadastre will effectively be unusable during this time.
Requirements
Replace the "Claim Geo Web land, receive OP rewards." pop-up text with the following (we'll revert the change after the upgrade is complete):
