feat: add account abstraction #447

Description

Adds support for account abstraction using Safe.

Adds a signup and login flow that allows the creation of a Safe smart contract at a predetermined address using CREATE2 or to use an existing safe.
Uses the safe to execute transaction bundles with the option to pay for gas in ETHx.
Adds support for linking content to a parcel by attaching a content hash to it with an on-chain transaction
