WalletConnect 2.0 wasn't playing nicely with Safe/smart account transactions (eth_signTypedData_v4 txs erroring out) and Mobile Metamask, so we disabled it in https://github.com/Geo-Web-Project/cadastre/pull/454. We want to support WC2 fully with both EOAs & Smart Accounts and reenable the Mobile Metamask as a wallet option.
Requirements
Offer users a WalletConnect 2.0 option for sign-in on desktop & mobile version of the Cadastre for both the EOA & Smart Account sign-in flow
Renable Metamask as a distinct wallet selection option for both EOA & Smart Account sign-in
Ensure that Safe/smart account transactions (like eth_signTypedData_v4) work with WalletConnect 2.0
