Update Schemas to accommodate metadata.
Model metadata as array of key value pairs.
All values are to be stringified as a proposed standard, which can be parsed by any client.

Note: WebContent can also be moved to MediaGallery, but seeking feedback.

Thanks @10dimensions! The data models and schemas have moved here (https://github.com/Geo-Web-Project/datamodels).

But before changing any models, can we discuss more? Specifically, what is this metadata for? The MediaObject is currently a Schema.org schema. If we need to move away from using this schema, that is fine as long as there are solid reasons. What is missing that we need?
