replace UniRef100.uniref90 fields by m2m on self / intermediate table with extra field for uniref90 accession #24

the uniref90 field is now indexed and can be searched, the uniref100 record pages may get links to their uniref90 group in the future and only the index is needed for that, so closing this as no m2m relation is required.
