As the (metagenomic) pipline evolved certain pipeline products/steps got abandoned and superceded but some of that data is still loaded in the database.
What data can be discarded, which tables and columns can be removed?

contig: rpkm tpm -- what about mean, trimmed mean, read count?
gene: all of it?
