Map zooms unexpectedly on window resize #89

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Atlas (I'm on Chrome 83.0.4103.61/macOS 10.15.3)
  2. Resize the window
  3. It zooms in and recenters itself over a point on the outskirts of Santa Fe, NM.

Note that this is blocking #48 (/cc @lixun910)
