add info from final project paper and extra files in folder to create standard html metadata file. Prepared by [name of student on final project].

I uploaded the metadata for the neighborhood demographics shapefile. There are also two R files (project.r and project2.r) in the folder. Should I create a metadata folder for these as well?

Thanks. No, these were just there in case they were helpful to inform the metadata file but aren't needed otherwise.
