2012 and 2016 county presidential election results #9

For this dataset: https://www.kaggle.com/joelwilson/2012-2016-presidential-elections

link csv's to county shapfile (e.g. from nhgis.org) add documentation from https://www.kaggle.com/joelwilson/2012-2016-presidential-elections add .prj file to load with basemap in GeoDa (WGS84)

Since i'm finished working with these files, should I upload them to GitHub or make a folder for them in UChicago Box? How does one change the projection of a shapefile?

Please upload them to UChicago Box.

You can change the projection in whatever program you're most comfortable with (qGIS, R or ArcGIS). Let me know if you need instructions, Marynia and Luc just prepared some.
