We can calculate % of households without access to the Internet using B28002_013/B28002_001.

Thanks! All 4 levels were added & also incorporated in the Explorer. % no Internet was incorporated into the Explorer. In the dataset, two additional variables were included: % with subscription & % without subscription. Could also add these to Explorer in the future if there is interest.
