The Opioid Environment Policy Scan provides access to data at multiple spatial scales to help characterize the multi-dimensional risk environment impacting opioid use in justice populations across the United States.
Adds the consolidated tract, zip, and state level for the most recent years (which are the [G]_Latest.csv files in data_final/consolidated folder)
Adds mostly finished drafts of the data dictionaries for these respective files -- for the most part, they just need an OEPSv1 column added, and the "Analysis" column in T_Latest_Dict.csv needs more thought.
Adds the generating code for the data tables.
I think I've also accidentally snuck in the aggregated Access07 tables, or at least something to do with the generating code for those tables.
