The Opioid Environment Policy Scan provides access to data at multiple spatial scales to help characterize the multi-dimensional risk environment impacting opioid use in justice populations across the United States.
This pull request includes a few bulk updates to prepare for the 2.0 release.
Remove the OccP column from a few CSVs, as it is not formally included in any data dictionaries.
Remove an unlabled index count column from one CSV
Script the creation of a new HEROP_ID and add it to all CSVs #68
Script the addition of HEROP_ID to all shapefiles, including a ZTCA 2010 file that is not committed to git (even generalized, it is over the 100mb GH limit, see #67).
The shapefiles will now be zipped and attached directly to the 2.0 release, rather than be included in version control
