This is an alternative to PR #13. It fixes some post process bugs, but with smaller changes.
Especially, this keeps the ability to not load all meshes to memory during post process.

@pedrolimasi I ran into the same issues when looking at the failing example Ex3_dyke_spreading_CPC.py #18 . There are some more changes that might create issues further down the road. I have a solution that covers your changes but also additional ones (didn't realize this beforehand). I propose to use my changes which should solve yours too (see #19 )

We can also have a short chat about it.
