Removing symmetry compression from Pyfrac

Background

• Closes issue #5
• At this point it seems no lab member is using the symmetry imposition, and unused code for too long started causing problems.
• The general preference now is to either:
  • Use the toeplitz compression;
  • Use BigWham to build elasticity matrix if the problem gets too big (to be released in the near future as open-source);

To the reviewer

I believe review should be limited to the following 2 commits:

• a3ea3af Removes symmtric matrix as option to controller This being THE PRINCIPAL change in this pull-request.
• 276ded2 Removes conditional statements involving symmetry Here, the thing to review is how I changed conditional statements, not the content within the conditions (as they have not changed).

As the remaining commits will be too tedious. If anything breaks due to them, I believe it'll be easier to just fix them on demand.

The examples are still running, but this pull-request appears not to have had side effects (what was breaking before still breaks, but nothing new was broken). So I decided not to wait anymore and submit. GELPC1 has gone through 16 examples by now. I believe this PR is valid as is, and I'll keep fixing things after it anyway before merging to master.

I worked on this branch yesterday and this morning. So far, no side effects. I'll merge this into pedro/dev
