Test upload of Georeferenced reports for HOVER WP5

HOVER WP5 is producing geo-referenced reports of "Conceptual models of nitrate transport in the unsaturated zone" and "denitrification potential mapping". For each report there will be a polygon outlining the area to which it refers. They wish to upload this data to the EGDI platform so that the polygons can be displayed on a map and linked to the reports so that a user can select a polygon and see the associated report. This functionality exists on the EGDI platform so they would like to test the format of data they need to supply.

First will need to upload one or more example reports and get their URLs in the document repository. Next will need to create a GeoPackage or Shapefile with the report polygons and the relevant document URL in a field called repositoryurl or reposiurl

So far we don't have any example data from the science project. May look into creating our own test to make an example.
