Whilst trying to use the Mapserver-definition test on the HOVER dataset _ntt_epsg3034 receive error:

HTTP Status 500 ? Internal Server Error

Type Status Report

Message msSetErrorFile(): General error message. Failed to open MS_ERRORFILE /mapserver/logs/ms_error.txt

Same issue testing _gc3d_gsi_limitscopy1 as part of investigation of #570
