Error: Unable to access file (Development platform) #573

Whilst trying to use the Mapserver-definition test on the HOVER dataset _ntt_epsg_3034_20211011144611 (on the development platform) receive error:

HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

Type Exception Report

Message loadSymbolSet(): Unable to access file. (C:/mapserver/mapscript_inc/symbols/symbols.sym)
