BUG: Changing active scripts in a non geofs tab doesn't work #23

Describe the bug If you are activating or deactivating a script from the extension popup, it does not actually activate the script, and instead "flips" the enabled/disabled state.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to any tab which is not a GeoFS tab
  2. enable or disable something in the popup
  3. Go to geofs
  4. the script is still enabled/disabled

Expected behavior The script should update even if the tab is not a geofs tab.

Actual behavior The script does not update.
