READY: Host the .json files locally #42

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please explain. It could make CWS reviews a lot simpler to make ap++ a smaller file.

What would you like added?

Are there alternatives you've considered? If so, please list them. We might be able to do online hosting of those .json files, but that would make ap++ loading times skyrocket, and it's kind of unneeded.

We're finished implementing this, and it's ready to go in 3.2.0
