3.2.x staging #77

This issue will be a staging area for everything we're fixing in 3.2.x. We'll only do one patch for one bug, so each issue gets its own update. If we need to add a new patch, add a comment into the thread, and we'll discuss and assign a patch.

64 seems like something we can add as a patch. What are your thoughts @GeoFS-Extensions/authors?

Since it will probably be implemented in a minor version of fmc (since it's not a bug), I think it should be a patch in autoland (since that is what we have been doing so far)

I think we can move 3.2.2 to the 3.3 series. Your thoughts? Since we're getting close to merging #104, I think it's best to work on the 3.3 series instead of using the old structure of the 3.2 series.

I think we should add it in 3.3.1 since 3.3.0 is almost done, and there isn't really an immediate for it (unlike #74) which made the new script completely useless.
