Seismicity data display issue #31

At the moment, there are 2 issues with loading Seismicity data onto the Map

  1. Whenever, new data is fetched, the map zooms back to center on USA

    • This re-center of the map should be prevented

  2. The legend shown alongside the earthquake data should be hidden for now since the size of the icon on the map is not sized as per the legend.
