Currently users need o install a jre 14+ in order to use the simulator. Preferably it should be included in the executable.

There are 2 possibilities:

Use jpackage with wix 3 (which is unmainted, newer versions are not yet supported)
Use jlink with moditect (to resolve issues with automatic modules caused by RichtextFX)
