Leguan as the main window can be minimized. However the pipeline visualizer cannot.
This forces users to use the simulator across 2 monitors or having the one overlapping the other one.
remove set Owner
add close function to interface (stage.close)
rename display to openExtension
move FileManager notfication (OnCloseRequest into SimulatorController)
