lgd-query has been generalized to sparqlify-tool --- update documention #8

In fact, we might generalize it even further into a tool that allows one to do convenient sparql queries against a pre-configured set of sparql services. There may be some framework out there which does this already.

The documentation was updated to no longer refer to the lgd-query.sh script but instead to sparqlify-tool.
