Hello Mr. Reudenbach,
as I allready said, I had tried change my hands_on script with the card model as RMarkdown file. But unlike in the usual script it was not able to show my predictions as plot. Moreover it forced me to repeat editing my training data again and again. Viewing my environment every edited class looked normaly. I have no idea about the reason this trouble. I have send you my R Markdown file. Maybe you find the mistake.
