The folders created with the line projectDirList = c("data", "scripts", "documentation", "results") in the HTML are not the same as in the geoAI_setup.R script. The folders in the setup script are the right ones.

Trying to install keras gives following Warnings and Errors:

@Muenchj4 Your pip (python installaer) is configured to use SSL but there is no SSL python module available...

google it and follow the white rabbit...;-) The first hit gives a good entry point:

The keras test worked pricipially, but some packages could not been installed. Look here:
