Replace cdn with local mathjax #25

MathJax's CDN is shutting down. See mathjax.org for further information

Changed "cdn.mathjax.org" CDN to "cdnjs.cloudflare.com" since old CDN was retired. No local MathJax since too large overhead to be loaded (>30MB).
