Description

Currently the home-view nivagation exceeds the view port if on smaller screens. Make the nagivation fit on maximal high of viewport, so that navigation doesn't have to be scrolled anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

Open small device (small screen)
Go on Home-Screen (is the initial view)
Scroll to see 7. and 8. element
