Query phase arrival times #219

Hi I routinely query waveforms from the fdsn service and run pickers on them. It would be nice to compare to GeoNet's picks if those are public. Is it possible to query phase arrival times using the fdsn service? or another way?

Hi, The picks are available via FDSN but they will be associated within an event and will be buried in QuakeML.

e.g. an example from https://www.geonet.org.nz/data/tools/FDSN

https://service.geonet.org.nz/fdsnws/event/1/query?eventid=2016p858000

There will be raw picks, as well as their association to any origins. Not the easiest extraction mechanism though!
