plot query parameters, small new feature #80

We can currently make a plots with the following:

all data returned
data only for the last x days (days=x)
data for x days starting at a particular date (start=xxxx&days=x)

We have a situation not covered by these. We want to plot data starting at a particular date, and continuing until now (start=xxxx).

Can this be implemented some time?
