Hi Paul,
thanks for pointing that out.
Unfortunately, we have realized about a month ago that data from Lake Tennyson stations (TENN, permanent site, and TEN2, temporary site installed soon after the November 2016 Kaikoura earthquake) have been unfortunately mixed up in the period from 2017/318
to 2018/141
.
Raw and Rinex files accessible from the GeoNet ftp, as well as position time series accessible from our FITS service, have now been rectified. So, if you were processing those two sites already, might be worth re-downloading and processing any rinex data in this time frame.
ITRF08 XYZ coordinates for the two sites are:
TEN2 -4694925.00026 593921.80834 -4264554.13933
TENN -4694929.74333 593921.56944 -4264550.32680
Metadata details have also been corrected and can be found on our database: https://github.com/GeoNet/delta
I’ll be more than happy to provide any further details you need.
Apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
I'm a bit confused wrt the GNSS data for the TEN2/TENN sites. It appears that the rx/site names have been swapped:
TEN2 (R9/0161) established on temporary site 2017/323
TEN2 (R9/0161) moved from temporary to main site 2017/320
TEN2 (R9/0161) removed from main mark site 2018/142
TENN (R9/0018) established on temporary site 2017/319
TENN (R9/0018) moved from temporary to main site 2018/147
It would appear that the data in the file TENN should be renamed TEN2 for DOY 2017/320 to 2018/146 and that the data in the file TEN2 should be renamed TENN for DOY 2017/320 to 2018/146
